It’s not just vegans, vegetarians and the gluten free guys and gals that sometimes miss out on certain ingredients due to choice or medical reasons, so let’s talk intolerances.

At some point your body has said “nope, we don’t get on with that” and now you’re one of many people battling against allergen lists and free from foods that taste like cardboard. Before you come at me on this, I am on your side and always have been, and the good news is that in modern day dining and recipes you have some amazing options.

If you’re tired of going out to a restaurant (OK poor timing, 2020 was a joke), telling your server that you have allergies or intolerances for them to then just roll their eyes, then lets get one up on them and cook your favourite dishes at home and work our way through replacing the ingredients that you don’t get on with.

There are 14 notable allergens to speak of with gluten, dairy and shellfish being the heavy hitters but after working in a school of 800 students I have catered for all types of dietary requirement and fussy eater out there. What we will do together is plan 1-4 bespoke classes that has a dish/dishes that you want to boss and learn how to manipulate to your tastes.

These classes are 1-2-1 bespoke and built around you, have a think about what you want to learn or what you crave and we can get it done together.
