HO-LY COW! Steak Masterclass!

You unbelievable, undeterred, unbeatable set of utter ledgebags have been hammering on at me for most of 2021 for a lesson in steak and now here it is. My birthday present to myself is cooking steak for myself and grabbing you all by the short and curly’s to come along for the ride!

It’s really simple you see, all ya gotta do is pick your favourite cut of cow, choose some sides/sauces etc and join me on the facebook page at 7pm Friday night! I’m already f**king pumped and it’s only Tuesday! Happy Birthday to me!

So I’ll be covering the following:

Sirloin

Ribeye

Fillet

Peppercorn Sauce

Garlic Butter

Sautéed Potatoes

Grilled Veg (tomato and mushroom)

Ingredients? Whatever you fancy from the above 👆🏻

Veggie? No problem, we can do you a seasoned cauliflower steak.
