Veggies can be cool!

As promised one for the veggies and vegans! This is a healthier version of the Wagamamas side dish that you can veganise if you don’t wanna use eggs. Basically a healthy snack that can be a substitute for crisps or a side dish to a homemade South East Asian influenced dish.

Ingredients are simple, oven bake for health or shallow fry if you want a bit more flavour.

Ingredients:
1 Cauliflower
Panko breadcrumbs
S&P
Paprika
Garlic Powder
Flour and egg (oat or almond milk for the vegans)

For the Bang Bang Sauce:
50ml Sriracha
50ml Mayonnaise
1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
1 tspn maple syrup

To garnish:
Spring onions
Red chilli
